By "bugs" - do you mean micro-organisms or insects?
With this group, it could be either.
Second part of my question - "who" is it that is saying that 70% is killing
"bugs" better than 100%?
And how and why are you trying to kill them? Disinfecting a countertop?
Fixing them?
