Thanks Pat.
How much pen-strep do you use?

We use RPMI from Fisher (#MT-15-041-CV). We add Pen-Strep prior to use
to inhibit bacterial growth.

Greetings Histoland,
once, again, I need to tap into your vast knowledge. We will be
sending out
bone marrow, lymph node and placenta cases for flow cytometry and
cytogenetic studies. Looking through the catalogs, there are about 15
different formulas for RPMI. Can any one tell me which formula is the
best
one. I'm at a loss. thanks in advance
Joe Nocito
