Nancy,

We use Biocare's CD1a at 1:10 with 3" HIER in Biocare's decloaking
chamber in Biocare's BORG retrieval buffer and incubate for 32" OR use
mild CC1 cell conditioner on Ventana's Benchmark or Benchmark XT
immunostainers again with a 32" incubation.  Hope this helps.
