[Histonet] history of staining techs

Brian Bracegirdle also wrote the chapter on history
of staining in the 10th (2002) edition of "Conn's
Biological Stains" ISBN 1859960995.
It's quite a short chapter (5 or 6 pages) but it
has 73 references.
