[Histonet] NexEs Protocol for Canine Distemper Virus

I'm looking for a protocol for CDV to be run on the Ventana NexEs.  The
only protocol I have is one for a Dako and I'm new enough to this that
I'm not sure of the conversion parameters from one manufacturer to
another.  I'd appreciate any help...
