[Histonet] CAP survey slids

Hi out there,
I have the new CAP survey IHC slides for 5 pathologists. My problem is, is that I only have 4 cases/10 slides each case and each pathologist is supposed to do this now. Can anyone tell me how this is done? I don't think I have enough slides for all of them.
