[Histonet] CPT coding question - 88360

For those of you performing CPT coding I have question.  Is your technical charge (Part A) for 88360 the same or higher than that for 88342?  In my opinion, it should be the same, but our hospital is charging a great deal more for this service.  I think the change in RVU's should be on the interpretation side (Part B - Pathologist), not on the technical side.  Thank you!
