[Histonet] Processing with vacuum and/or pressure

Would tissue processor users please let me know whether it is believed best
to use vacuum only or both vacuum and pressure when processing, especially
with blocks of fatty tissues eg breast. We use two Shandon Pathcentres. I
was recommended to use vacuum only but we do get breast blocks which still
aren't processed in the centre despite using heat with the processing
reagents.
