We use Dakocytomation's CD41 at 1:50 for 1hr at room temp. Pre-treat with proteinase k for 10 min. We don't use CD9.

Subject: [Histonet] Looking for Antibody
Hi
I'm looking to stain platelets in formalin fixed paraffin embedded mouse
tissues. I wanted to know if anyone out there has used CD41 or CD9 antibodies?
If so did you get good results and what company did you use? Any information
would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Valerie
