[Histonet] Artifact pictures and cell block prep

Sorry, I didn't specify, but I'm looking for artifact pictures ON-LINE,
so my students can access them from home.

The AFIP manual (3rd edition, 1968, I don't know about other editions) 
has photos of artifacts after the last numbered chapter.
For electron microscopy, there is a book called "An Atlas of Artifacts",

I don't remember the author off the top of my head.
I can't offer any suggestions for your body fluid question.
