Good morning, I want to stain osteoblasts using their natural phosphatase activity with NBT-BCIP. I needed to find out what most feel the optimum pH of the NBT-BCIP solution should be. I currently have liquid NBT-BCIP and will be diluting that if need be. Thanks in advance, Leslie
