the protocol  depends on the antigen your are looking for , therefore I 
cannot give you a ready protocol.
Not all antibodies require antigen retrieval to react on paraffin 
sections.

So tell us more about the antigen then you'll  have a chance to get more 
help and if you are lucky even a detailed protocol.
