I am having some difficulties in my experiments. At present, I do double-immunofluorescence in bone tissue, but I find that it is not easy,including embedding, cutting, staining and microscopy. If someone gains some experience about it, I hope that he or she can give me some helps( for example, providing a protocol about double immunofluorescence, or give some advice about it). If ok, I will very happy! I am looking forward for you.
