[Histonet] aqueous mounting medium

The product of the indigogenic reaction for 
beta-galactosidase is a pigment. It doesn't
dissolve in the solvents used for microscopy 
and should be OK in any mounting medium, 
resinous or aqueous. I've used 3 or 4 different
resinous media with products of indigogenic
reactions, and all have been OK.
