[Histonet] Mar-Med Bone Saws (Extenders)

Hello again,
  I saw in the achieves that there is an "extender" that can be
purchased for the Mar-Med saw.  The drawback to the saw is that is only
had a 3 inch clearance.  With the extender how much more clearance is
offered ?  Again thank you for your input in advance.
