Hi Bill,
We use a monoclonal anti- aspergillus from Dako #M3564. For us, it
works well at 1:200 after retrieval in high pH buffer also from Dako
#S3307.

Dear All,
Is there anyone out there using an antibody to aspergillus species?
If so how do you do it (dilutions, manually or by machine)?
Do any antibody work better than others?
Is it available for FFPE specimens.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Bill Sinai
