Dear Histonetters,

A colleague wishes to store cytospun cell preparations in the freezer before
doing immunocytochemistry for CD31 and CD44. She would like to know whether
it's better to fix the slides before freezing or after thawing them prior to
staining. Also, which fixatives would you recommend?
