[Histonet] GFAP Immunohistochemistry on frozen tissue.

	I was wondering if anyone can give me any protocols on GFAP 
immunohistochemistry (IHC) on frozen tissue.

	Because we wish to preserve the DNA, we would like to avoid 
paraformaldehyde fixation and microwave antigen retrieval.
