[Histonet] fixation of fresh frozen section

Hi all

 

When I do immunocytochemistry on fresh frozen section I fix most, if not
all slides with acetone. Sometimes I use cold methanol because the
datasheet tells me to do so. Is anyone of you who prefer other
fixatives?
