[Histonet] Leica ASP 300

Hi Histonetters,
A few months ago, I sent an email asking if anyone had a Leica ASP300
and about any problems, etc.  (We had been having a lot of problems with
ours)  
A very nice lady from Leica read my email and contacted me.  She
arranged for someone from Leica to come to our lab and they fixed it!!! 
We now are VERY happy with our processor and have not had ANY problems
since.  So thank you to Leica, North Cental Instruments and the
Histonet.......
