We do not use the HercepTest kit for HER-2 IHC detection and I am not
aware of any problems regarding patient treatment or
pathologist/oncologist/patient reimbursement.

Also, remember, if Her2 is requested later on, Dako's Her2 Kit
recommends 
minimum 24 hour fixation in NBF for results to be valid and reliable. I

understand in US, in order for the patient to be treated and reembursed
by 
insurance companies, Dako Kit must be used. Patient comes first, not
the 
TAT.
