I said it once and I'll say it again, everyone keeps talking about
"going back" and getting an education. . what about the ones coming in
with a degree? Is my education not worth something from the beginning?
 Am I not as good a tech or employee if I haven't paid someone an arm
and a leg to take  a "test" to say I am proficient at my job?  A lot
of people are good at taking "tests" but are horrible at their job! 
And a lot of people are horrible test takers, but are some of the most
valuable employees I have seen. Where's the line? Where's the
consistency?
