Hi Danielle,

I use a polyclonal goat anti mouse CD 31 from Santa Cruz (SC 1506) to
stain for Pecam in Rat tissue.  this antibody cross reacts with human,
mouse and rat .  I have also used it in pig.  My tissues are fixed in
60% methanol/10% glacial acetic acid.
