The short answer Patrice is to buy a manual staining kit and the antibody. Try Dako for both.

hey,
does anyone know how to do a pan-keratin stain
manually? i am taking the HTL, but i work in a
research histology lab and we do not have
immunohistochemistry equipment. i need to know all
the materials to buy and the procedures for doing the
