hi u can try using TBS with pH 9.0 under microwave oven at full power (450W) for antigen reteriving i have found it useful to some extent , further u should increase the time for blocking serum upto 1 hr hope it works well for arvind <@t> nbrc.res.in <mailto:arvind <@t> nbrc.res.in>
