[Histonet] p53 staining

Dear All,
Does anyone have a protocol for doing p53 staining on Formalin Fixed 
Paraffin Embedded tissues.
We are trying various methods of antigen retrieval and incubation times on 
canine mammary tumour, and hope to be able to apply the technique to canine 
mast cell tumours.
