In this latest issue of Applied Immunohistochemistry and Molecular
Morphology (AIMM 2004; 12:198-204) is an article in which CD4 and CD8
are used in paraffin sections with antigen unmasking. CD4 (clone 1F6,
1:20 from Novocastra, Malvern, Australia) and CD8 (clone C8/144B, 1:200;
Dako, Sydney, Australia) were done on routinely processed duodenal
biopsies. Maybe we're in the wrong hemisphere and that explains why it
doesn't work for us?

Cheers!
