Hello .... I've been asked to obtain histological sections from rabbit tendons with an acrylic fiber inside to see how the tissue incorpores the fiber. I can try to do it frozen or parafin embedding, although I think I can cut the acrylic fiber with no one of the methods. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
