I am posting this for one of our tech specialists here....Is anyone out
there using anything to to mark tissue that is being cut for
immunofluorescence in order to make it stand out against the OCT during
cutting? Currently some of the renal biopsies are so thin that once
they are rinsed they are very white and difficult to see when cutting.
We tried using the colored OCT which did help a little but she is
looking for something which will make it even better since these
biopsies are so tiny and there is no tissue to spare. Thanks in advance
for any help you can give me....
Have a great day !!!
