[Histonet] Perfusion Fixation of a Mouse Heart

Hi Folks,
 
I am still looking for a protocol on how to perfusion fix a mouse heart and then embedd it in paraffin wax.  I want to do as little physical damage as possible, because we want to study the morphology of the mouse's heart later.
 
Any ideas?
