Hi,

 

I am going to stain 5 um paraffin sections of mouse arteries for 
calcium (Von Kossa) and need a counterstain. I’m new in this area and 
would appreciate if some one could tell me were to find a protocol for 
this. I have looked in the archive and found a protocol for bone 
sections (toluidine blue) can I use the same protocol for my mouse 
arteries?
