[Histonet] IHC on Sections Processed for EM?

Hi Michael:
As usual, it "depends on the antigen". There are a few antigens that
survive glut and osmium, I know that GFAP can be made to work on some
astrocytes if the osmium is removed. Other than that, I would think a
literature search for the antigen in question is the best first step.
Maybe someone has made it work? Of course, the Epon will have to be etched.
