[Histonet] Tissue Transglutaminase

Dear histonettors,

Has anyone had any luck with this antibody on FFPE tissue sections? I have tried two differentAbs- one from Dako and one from chemicon with no luck yet. I have tried every retrieval method I know of. Any suggestions?

We have a product that we use that solidifies, neutralize, and
deodorizes 10% formalin.  It is called Transform FSA from American
Master*Tech.
