[Histonet] Pas stain(neutral,acid mucin,chief cells

Hi all,
A colleague of mine would like to know if the Pas stain stains neutral
as well as acid mucins. The acid mucins being sialomucin and sulphated
sialomucins. She would also like to know if chief(peptic) cells of the
stomach stain with Pas and if so what is the compound which is staining
Pas positively.
