Southeast Pathology Instrument Service (1-843-588-2559) goes all the way to
Puerto Rico ...maybe he goes to New England. He is in the Charleston area.
His name is Michael Dietrich and he is great.  Trained on Tissue tek
products, Microm, microtomes, cryostats, etc.  Give him a call and check it
out.
