[Histonet] Ventana's Confirm CD10?

Hello Renee, we use Ventana's CD10 on the Benchmark with the standard CC1, A/B block, and amplification with great results accross the board.  Hope this helps.

I am working up Ventana's Confirm CD10 antibody.The
germinal centers of the normal tonsil are very pale, 
the follicular lymphoma is a little better and the kidney
staining is good. I'm using Trilogy(EDTA) in a Decloaker
for 4 min. at 120c, then a 10 min. cool down.  Any suggestions on how I can improve the staining in my
lymphoid tissue? Thanks.
