Just another FYI-----

Fixation of breast tissue for the IHC demonstration of HER2 requires at
least 16-24 hours in NBF.
4 hours in NBF on the processor comes nowhere near the FDA approved protocol
for HER2, unless your tissue has already spent at least 12 hours in NBF
prior to being placed on the processor!!
