I have tried this and the writing was so light we had trouble
seeing the numbers. How do you keep the writing dark?

Subject: [Histonet] marking blocks and slides
Good morning,
We use Sharpie brand industrial fine point marker to write on our blocks
and slides. The marker goes through the processing and staining with no
problems. These markers can be bought at office supply stores or maybe
even at your local Wal-Mart, KMart etc. and are less expensive.
Hope this helps.
Cathy
