[Histonet] enzymes in the nucleus

Hi , 
We have been staining for COX 1 and COX 2 in eye and brain and 
have been noticing specific staining in the nucleus but not the 
nucleolus.  We are wondering if anybody has noticed staining of 
enzymes in the nucleus as well as in the cytoplasm.
