[Histonet] re PLP fixing fluid

Like lots of fixation exotics devised by many( mostly not Histotechs)....would be very grateful to receive feedback on them ie are they superior to PFA/formalin??? Not IMHO. Have tried many and not found anything superior to formalin. OK....Perfix/pwax, for eg is great for Histone3...but so is formalin/pwax/Ag heat retrieval and....one can utilise many other Ab reagents on the latter, unlike Perfix?or other exotica
