[Histonet] Fekete fixative

According to Lillie (p. 34) Fekete fixative is an acetic acid-alcohol-
formalin fixative.  The recipe is:
37-40% formaldehyde     10 ml
Glacial acetic acid      5 ml
70% alcohol            100 ml

It is just slightly different from several other formulae containing the 
same ingredients.
