[Histonet] Pollak's trichrome

Gabe's trichrome is easier than Pollak's trichrome, does not require mercury
fixation, and almost always gives excellent results. It is given in
Kiernan's HISTOLOGIC AND HISTOCHEMICAL METHODS.

A friend of mine tried this many years ago and never could get good 
colors. He went back to longer methods, but they worked.
