[Histonet] EGFR

Sorry to open this can of worms again.  My pathologist wants to know what everybody out there in histoland is doing to score EGFR.  Are you calling it either positive or negative period, or are you scoring it like the Her-2 with a 1+, 2+, and 3+?  Inquiring minds want to know.
