Hi, Does anyone have experience with this antibody for Westerns or IHC. We have tried this antibody from several different sources and just can't seem to get it to work well. For westerns, only the tissue lysates from lung show some expression. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially for IHC. Thanks Kanwal Minhas
