Hi,

what we do is:
-HIER with citrate for 15 min, & cool for 20 min
-zymed TRAcP predilute at R Temp for 60 min
-Biotin conjugate anti-Ms IgG for 10 min at R temp
-HRP-streptavidin for 10 min at R temp
-DAB for 5 min at R temp
-counterstain with hematoxylin

Does anyone have a good  IHC protocols of TRAcP
antibodies from Zymed?
