Hi,

I did not see your original question, but I had a similar situation arise in
the Lab here, where the Services Director wanted ambient room temperatures
taken in response to a CAP question in the Autopsy Facilities section.

ANP.32500 Are ambient temperature and ventilation control adequate?

My understanding of this question is that this is an item that the inspector
is to make note of during the facilities tour and inspection. If this were
a question with the goal of putting ambient temperature charts in Autopsy
Suites, my feeling is that the question would state something to the effect
of "Is there documentation of temperature range?"

Of course if you have an ambient temperature chart you will not receive a
negative on this question, and you could risk a negative based upon
prevailing interpretation of this question.

Hope that Helps,
Shawn
