Hi everyone, Following further enquires , I'm not sure if I made this clear on the protocol I recently posted for using the Roche TUNEL kit. I use the kit which labels with FITC, and so my protocol probably doesn't work so well if you are using a peroxidase detection system. Hope this clears it up! Katy
