[Histonet] antibody against ICAM-1 and NF-KB p65

Dear all
I need to detect and quantify ICAM-1 and NF-KB p65
by IHC and western blotting. I shall use rat kidney. Could you please let me
know which antibody works fine for ICAM-1 and NF-KB p65.

I have tissues fixed in methacarn. Can I use these tissues for ICAM-1 and
NF-KB immunostaining? Or I need to fix tissues in formalin? I also need any
special advice for this staining from expert and experienced users of ICAM-1
and NF-KB.
