I've found several protocols for "Weil's method" for myelin stain, but they all seem to assume formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. Does anyone know whether it will work in fresh-frozen tissue, perhaps with some formalin fixation of the slide-mounted tissue first? Thanks for any advice! Susan Bachus
