[Histonet] best fixative for EM_IHC

hi histonetters,
   

   
Could  any  one give a best   for  electron  microscopy  studies.  I     karnovsky's  fixative.  Is  that  a best one? Simila   (cacodylate   or  phhospahte  buffer  )  is  the  best  to  prepare     karnovsky's  fixative.  Since  cacodylate  is  stable  i am  presently
   using
